Return Process

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to avoid any processing delays.

  Print & Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our vault team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
